Metro lead time
5–10 business days from order confirmation.
Regional lead time

Metro or regional?
Determined by your postcode at checkout. Capital city delivery bands are charged at the metro rate.
What your site needs
Containers are delivered by tilt-tray or side-loader. Before your delivery window, make sure:
- the ground is firm and level, and can carry the container's laden weight;
- there is at least 3 metres of clear overhead height, free of branches and power lines;
- the truck has room to manoeuvre and reverse — roughly twice the container's length;
- any permits, council approvals or body-corporate consents are already in place; and
- someone over 18 is on site to direct placement.
If a delivery cannot be completed because the site is unsuitable or access is blocked, a failed-delivery fee applies and redelivery is charged at the standard rate. If you are unsure whether your site is suitable, talk to us first — it costs nothing to check.
